The hotel offers stunning service with beautiful surroundings and efficient staff, but cold breakfast was a downside. The rooms are amazing with a breathtaking lakeview, though lacking air conditioning can make nights warm. Service matches the hotel's reputation and location, being incredible and welcoming. The dining experience excels with a wide variety of dishes catering to all preferences, but a bit on the cool side. Facilities are top-notch ensuring a luxurious stay.

The hotel offers awesome rooms and great service. If I visit Ireland again, I will definitely be back to chill out with a drink. The 'computer glitch' affecting availability was a letdown.

The hotel had stunning views of the mountains from the rooms, and the most comfortable bed and bedlinen to dive in. However, despite us switching off the radiator, it was not worth it. The dining experience had so much choice and was amazing, especially the view from the lake side rooms, although it was a little hectic at times. The facilities are out of this world, offering a luxurious and convenient experience.
